We can source staff whether they are need for long term, short term or an open ended placement. We can supply as few as one single member of staff or a complete team of any size. You can reduce or supplement that team to accommodate fluctuating business levels without any fixed engagement from your side which gives you great agility in terms of planning and budgeting. You decide which services you need and when.

How does it work?

All you have to do is make a call or send an email and tell us what you need. It’s as simple as ordering stock. You simply call us with your requirements and we supply the staff and send a simple invoice for the number of hours they worked. That's all there is to it.

You can request resources with certain skill matrix and we offer a list of possible candidates for your positions with a CV and skill matrix for each candidate.

You can even interview the candidates and choose the best person (or team) that fits your needs

In case you are not satisfied we will replace any individual with another one selected by you with 1 month hand-over period. The hand-over period for the new resource will be at our cost.
 
You can opt for Fixed Fee Agreement where, obviously, monthly fees are fixed or for a Variable Rate Agreement, where fees vary according to demand and usage. Overall, we aim for flexibility and to tailor individual agreements to suit you and your needs.

All our staff can communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of technical understanding. We believe passionately in the importance of quality people, delivering a human service.

Our CATS extranet offers clients proactive updates and real time tracking of live issues. Clients are given the option to feed back personally on all interactions, and this feedback directly impacts on staff pay.

Costs

Code Ajax charges range from £80 to £160 per 8hrs working day, depending on skill levels. You even have the option to hire someone for as little as for 4hrs.
