- Reputation - when you put you projects in our hands you put your reputation in our hands. We understand that; hence we have to provide the quality noted.
- Price - naturally you need to make a profit. If we can't help you to do that then we can't help you. We realize that and that's what we aim to achieve. Of course we need to make a profit too, so we are very clear about what we can and can't do. If we are not the cheapest we admit it. It saves everyone time and aggravation.
- Additional value-added capability - we like to make sure that we understand exactly what you want but we also believe it's our job to make suggestions to you about how things might work better. It's your decision of course whether you take up any suggestion.
- Communication - it's obvious isn't it! You need to be clear. We need to listen and understand. We need to be clear in our response. This approach makes everyone's life easier.
- Cultural match - our developers are based in Bulgaria, India and China but our account management is all UK based. That means we really do understand what you want and can interpret it to our staff. Making sure you get the cost benefits without the pitfalls is our job.
- Flexible contract terms - things change; that is the nature of life. So we are flexible about contracts. Our terms are written to protect both parties and if the nature of a project changes we understand and help.
